To give priority to suppliers who are committed towards improving the quality standards of products and services, the health and safety of workers, actions of environmental protection and the prevention of pollution.
To autonomously impose food safety controls in all stages of production according to the HACCP method and increasingly stringent standards in regulating the behaviour of employees, and the hygiene of plants and facilities.

To manage natural resources in a rational and sustainable way, encouraging this approach and preventing all forms of pollution.
