Organizational model

The Organizational, Management and Control Model (Model 231) is a set of rules and organizational procedures intended to encourage ethical conduct in full compliance with the law and to prevent the risk of committing transgressions or offenses regulated by the Legislative Decree 231/01

Model 231 of La Doria S.p.A. consists of a "General Part" and a "Special Section" divided into different sections corresponding to the different types of crimes and offenses to be prevented. The Model, originally adopted by resolution of the Board of Directors on March 28, 2008, has been updated over time and integrated in conjunction with the expansion of the number of crimes in the former Administrative Responsibility D.Lgs. 231/01.

NOTIFICATIONS

The Supervisory Board of La Doria S.p.A. has established channels for reporting and warning so that anyone who is aware of violations of the Model 231 Code of Ethics, or of any of the company's procedures and rules, can notify the company.
