La Doria’s organic tomato purée is obtained by selecting the best tomatoes from organic farming, and we prepare the purée according to tradition: we sieve it finely to remove the seeds and skins, and then cook it gently. The result is a creamy, homogeneous purée with an unmistakable flavour that brings the naturalness of organic tomatoes to the table.
