La Doria: 2025 revenue at €1.375 billion

  • Revenue up 7.7% compared to 2024
  • Strategic acquisitions of Pasta Lensi and Feger’s production and logistics activities completed during the year
  • Strong performance from the “Ready-to-use Sauces Line” and significant growth in the “Pasta Line”
  • Revenue growth recorded in both international (+4.5%) and domestic (+24.4%) markets

Angri (SA), April 8, 2026 – The Shareholders’ Meeting of La Doria S.p.A. – a leading European supplier of Italian speciality shelf-stable private label products, including, amongst others, tomatoes, ready-to-use sauces, canned pulses and pasta – has presented the Consolidated Financial Statements as of and for the year ended December 31, 2025.

In an international context marked by geopolitical uncertainties, cost pressures, declining selling prices, and particularly intense competition in the private label segment, the Group reported revenue of €1.375 billion, up 7.7% compared to €1.277 billion in 2024.

The growth was supported both by positive sales trends and by the contribution of completed extraordinary transactions. In 2025, the Group finalized two strategic acquisitions: Pasta Lensi S.r.l., a historic Italian pasta producer, and the production and logistics activities of Feger di Gerardo Ferraioli S.p.A. and Sapori del Sole S.r.l., now operating as Fegé and Fegé Logistica. These transactions expanded the Group’s product portfolio, strengthened its presence in the pasta and tomato derivatives segments, and enabled growth in organic and gluten-free offerings.

“In 2025, integrating the newly acquired companies was a priority for La Doria, focusing on optimizing production sites, developing synergies, and enhancing the Group’s industrial structure. Operations completed over recent years have expanded our industrial base and enriched our product range, allowing us to strengthen our position in key markets. Even in a challenging environment, our results confirm the robustness of our industrial model, founded on production quality, operational efficiency, and consolidated relationships with customers, stakeholders, and local communities,” said Antonio Ferraioli, Chairman and CEO of La Doria.

Analyzing revenue by product category, the “Ready-to-use Sauces line” recorded excellent growth (+17.9% vs 2024), while the “Pasta Line” showed strong expansion, mainly due to the full contribution of companies acquired in 2024: Clas S.p.A. and the private label business unit of Pastificio Di Martino, later renamed La Doria Pasta PL, both merged into La Doria S.p.A. effective December 31, 2025. The Pasta Line also benefited from the inclusion of Pasta Lensi in 2025.

The Tomatoes line posted moderate growth (+4.1%), driven by higher volumes produced during the 2024 processing campaign. The Vegetables line remained largely stable, while the Fruit juices and beverages line declined by 9.1%, in line with the contraction observed in the Italian market.

Regarding revenue by customer type, private labels – the Group’s core business – accounted for 89.4% of consolidated revenue in 2025, while 8.0% was generated through co-manufacturing activities. The remaining 2.6% of sales was mainly attributable to foodservice and the Group’s own brands.

Geographically, international markets continue to represent the largest share of revenue (81.2%), with the Italian market accounting for 18.8%. Revenue grew in both international markets (+4.5%) and Italy (+24.4%). The main foreign market remains the United Kingdom, followed by Italy; other key European markets include Germany and the Nordic countries, while Australia, Japan, and the United States stand out among non-European markets.

“Looking ahead, we will continue to invest in industrial development and international expansion, which offer significant growth opportunities for Italian-made food products and private labels. The combination of La Doria and U.S.-based Winland Foods into the Windoria Group also represents a strategic milestone  that will further support our development path, strengthening our presence in high-potential markets such as the United States and consolidating our role as a strategic partner for leading operators in the retail sector,” concluded Antonio Ferraioli.
